Theresa L. Gaglione graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from SUNY Geneseo, and she received her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2018.
In her second and third years of law school, Mrs. Gaglione gained extensive experience as a law clerk in a major asbestos and products liability firm. During her employment there, she performed research and writing in the areas of products liability, toxic torts, personal injury, and workers’ compensation.
While a student at the University at Buffalo School of Law, Mrs. Gaglione participated in the Representation in Mediation Competition and served as Executive Editor of the Buffalo Public Interest Journal. She was also President of the International Law Student Association and Buffalo Performing Arts Law Society.
She was admitted to practice law in New York in 2019, and she is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association, St. Thomas More Guild of Western New York, and the Western New York Land Conservancy.
