Rachel N. Friedman is an associate with the firm. She earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in May 2019. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Friedman received her B.A. in Sociology from SUNY Geneseo in 2009.
Ms. Friedman has focused her practice on medical malpractice. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Friedman practiced in Manhattan and Syracuse. Ms. Friedman gained experience in all aspects of litigation, including medical record review, depositions, and dispositive motion practice. Her cases mainly involved catastrophic birth injuries, failure to timely diagnose and treat stroke, and amputations.
Ms. Friedman is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York.
